PrintCORADIX is delighted to have been selected again for the Employees’ Choice Award. This award reflects feedback received directly from employees through confidential surveys which measure their perceptions of managers and senior leaders, opportunities for personal and professional growth as well as overall job satisfaction. In total, 10 local companies were honoured with 2013-14 Employees’ Choice Awards, a program organized by Ottawa Business Journal, the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and Talentmap. “There is no better way to find Ottawa’s top workplaces than by directly asking their employees for feedback,” says OBJ publisher Michael Curran. ” These employers have found creative ways to connect with their employees and have achieved an enviable level of engagement.”
